Cancellation Policy

Bookings made before June 1 have 24 hours after receiving confirmation to cancel. All bookings made on or after June 1, are paid in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE. This does include cancellations of boat rentals due to inclement weather, and also includes cancellations of any cottage rentals, RV site rentals, and any and all other rentals for any reason, including lack of enjoyment, family emergencies, inclement weather, and conditions of the property.

Check-In / Check-Out

Please check-in and check-out at the main office when you arrive. The main office is the office in the former restaurant building upon arrival.  Please have your driver’s licence and licence plate number ready upon check in. As per our Covid-19 safety guidelines, we allow only one group/household in the office at at a time.

Pull Throughs / RVs / Tents:   Check-In: 1:00 pm   /  Check-Out: 11:00 am

Cottage Rentals:   Check-In: 3:00 pm   /  Check-Out: 10:00 am  (Late checkout *may* be available for $10.00/hour)

Parking

Parking for one car included in cottage rental. Additional cars $5.00/night. 

​

Pets

Dogs are welcome (leashed at all times and picked up after). They may use the designated pet swimming area. For cottage rentals, we charge a pet fee of $10 / night.

COVID Policy

We adhere to the COVID policies laid out by the provincial government of Ontario.  Masks are required inside buildings, but you do not need them inside your own accommodations and outside at our facility.  For further details on Ontario's public health measures, we encourage you to visit their website at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/public-health-measures.

Firewood

By law, you are not allowed to bring outside firewood onto the property. We do have firewood available for sale.

​

Smoking

No smoking in cottages. Smoking in cottages will result in an automatic $500.00 charge. Smoking cannabis on the property is not permitted.

​

Linens

Please note that we do not provide linens or bath towels so please check the size of beds provided in your cottage and bring the appropriate linens. Pillows are provided.

Wi-Fi

We are not equipped with Wi-Fi.

​

Boats & Canoes

We rent out motor boats to guests with a valid boat license.  Our boats are 20 horsepower 16’ aluminum boats and charged at $120.00/day, gas not included. ($500.00 cash security deposit required)

Please note:  Boat rentals are weather dependent and non-refundable. We also have canoes and pedal boats available.

Additional Guests in Cottages

Cottage prices include up to four guests; additional guests $10.00/night. 

​

Driving Around the Property

Please drive slowly on our driveway/road. We ask that you stick to roads only and do not drive on the lawn. There will be a repair fee for anyone caught driving on and damaging the grounds in a non-designated area.
